Her theatre background really helped her to create an amazing atmosphere for our ceremony and she had so many personal touches that she loves to bring to her ceremonies that really make them unique and memorable compared to others you see. We spoke many times face-to-face, via Zoom, email, on the phone and via text many times; we felt we were kept informed of the process every step of the way. Moreover you were so flexible as we rearranged the wedding date due to the pandemic and consequent lockdowns. 

On the wedding day, you were prompt, clearly in control and visionary, as you supported us, those speaking and passing the rings and the DJ to understand their roles and responsibilities.

Sally Hughes is flawless!

She organised our ceremony perfectly, we did not have to stress about anything as we knew she would take care of it. She even managed to rescue my boutonnière when it broke off, she took a rose from one of our decorations and fashioned a new one for me.

Our ceremony was unfortunately hit by unexpected rain and she helped us switch the location to be undercover seamlessly and re organise our seating chart. Could not recommend anyone else more!

Sally was a phenomenal celebrant. She guided us through the entire process with lots of great suggestions and wisdom but also made it really fun along the way which took away our nerves.

On the day itself, Sally was a pro. She had taken the time to get to know us and curated the ceremony to be exactly what we had hoped for; personal, witty, romantic and fun. She talked us and our bridal party through each step without anyone being any none-the-wiser so it looked completely seamless.

I was so nervous but as soon as Sally started the ceremony, my nerves disappeared. She presented confidently, had banter with the bridal party and her jokes landed so well! Many of our guests told us it was the best ceremony they had been to.

We laughed, we cried and loved every second of it. It set the tone for the whole day.

From the moment we met Sally, she was kind, honest, helpful, and so warm and welcoming to both my husband and I. The first day we met her in person at her beautiful home, she opened up her front door, arms outstretched and gave us both the biggest bear hug!
